Management
Master Petro Chemical Installations(Pty)Ltd has three directors that make up the top management for the company. Their combined expertise and experience within the oil industry, civil and general construction over the past 30 years makes them a formidable team. They all have an active role within the company. Management ensures that honesty, integrity and business ethics are maintained throughout all business functions.
History
Master Petro Chemical Installations(Pty)Ltd experience within the oil industry and construction dates back to the mid 90’s within South Africa and currently we are involved in projects nationwide. We are a Level 2 BBBEE contributor that specialize in the following fields:
- Pump and tank installations
- Pump and tank maintenance
- Project management
- Full UST Upgrades
- Site closures
- Pro-active maintenance programs
- Underground utility detection services.
Mission
Our aim is to maintain our long term relationships with our current client base and establish new relations with potential clients with whom we will be able to build and maintain long term relationships with. To ensure that we maintain our process of business growth and innovative pursue of new technology that can ensure our teams safety, the safety of the environment and the delivery of exceptional workmanship.
Ensuring that all our teams continue to stay current with all industry trades and maintain their competencies within their specified scope of work. All teams undergo rigorous training and certification programs that ensures not just the teams competency but assist in combating complacency within the teams. Furthermore regular HSE Meetings and daily toolbox talks as well as daily reviews of tasks prior to performing them ensures that all members in the team are informed and have the correct knowledge to execute their required tasks for the day.
We strive to ensure that our highly skilled workforce maintain their team spirit within the company, so that we can continue delivering our exceptional service to our clients on a continued basis.
Training
Our teams undergo a number of training programs to ensure they maintain their skill level within the industry. The following are the certification that our staff must have:
- Fire fighting level 2 (a minimum of two team members to have this certification)
- First aid level 2 (a minimum of two team members to have this certification)
- Confined space entry (All team members)
- Working at heights (All team members)
- HIRA – Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (All Supervisors, SHE reps, and Supervisor assistants)
- Pragma – Permit Issuer and Permit Holder (All Supervisors and Supervisor assistants as well as HSE personnel)
- Pragma Passport – (All team members, managers and HSE Personnel)
- Astron – Permit issuers and Permit holders (All Supervisors, SHE reps, Supervisor assistants and some technicians that will be performing as safety watch duties on sites)
- BP COW – Control of Work (All Supervisors, Supervisor assistants and HSE personnel)
- BP Passport – (All team members, and HSE personnel)
- SPA Passport – (All team members)
- Total SWP – (All team members and HSE personnel)
- Engen Permit Issuer and Holder (Supervisors, Supervisor assistants and HSE personnel)
- UPP Pipe welding (Franklin university) (All Supervisors and supervisor assistants)
- Nupi Pipe Welding (All Supervisors and supervisor assistants)
- KPS pipe welding (All Supervisors and supervisor assistants)
- Fiberlight installation (All Supervisors and supervisor assistants)
- Lifting and Rigging (a minimum of 2 persons per team)
- Scaffolding erector (designated team members)
